About us
Tailored Language Learning was created by seasoned teachers who saw a need in our community which created a longing to step in and meet that need. Since opening our doors in the summer of 2021, our heart has been set on one goal: empowering adults to find their voices in their new environment. Our aim to support each adult learner through every step of their journey of achieving true language proficiency.
Meet the Director
Edenne Beljour is currently completing her graduate degree in Adult Education: Curriculum Design and Instructional Technology from Troy University. She obtained undergraduate degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida. After many years working in the Healthcare sector, she took a hiatus, volunteering in South America teaching English to Orphans. That trip changed the trajectory of her life in ways she never anticipated.
It is there Edenne found her passion for teaching and as someone who migrated to the United States with her parents as a child and became witness to the challenges her parents faced with acquiring the language, she knew the impact she could make in the lives of people like her parents. Upon her return to the United States from her hiatus, Edenne decided to obtain her Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) certification and make a complete career shift to teaching to Adult Speakers of Other Languages speaking the language (ESOL) which she's been in for the past 10 years.
